Hi Everyone!!
It has been a while (again)! As with everyone else, we have been busy this year. I have been busy with my work at the mill and Kathy's health has been up and down. She might be facing some more surgeries but we are praying for God's healing touch to be manifested in her natural body. No matter how much she goes through everyday, Kathy is always an inspiration to me and to so many others.
This past week I had the pleasure of attending an AIM (Alliance International Ministries) summit in Maryland. It was Wednesday through Saturday and it was outstanding! I was able to see and hear first hand on all this ministry does here and through out the world. I met a number of people and made new friends. It was exciting to worship and hear all the testimonies of what God it doing. There were representatives from 11 continents and what was shared made an impact on my life.
I took over thirty pages of notes and I know I will have to get the CD because of all that I missed!
So what did they all have to say??? Well, I will have to share sometime in small portions because I there is so much to share! And we ate really well to!! ( back on WW)!!!
I am on vacation again this week and we are hoping to go and take some pics of the fall foliage that is so awesome at this time.
Which brings me to remember how awesome God is in His creation! Please take time each day to have a look around and admire all the beauty that He has "painted" in the mountains around this area!! We take so much for granted and I for one is sometimes complaining about the cold season coming up. We live in such a fast pace society and we just don't take the time to "chill".
So enjoy the time spent in looking at the area we live here in the Adirondacks! And if you don't live here, come to enjoy what we see every fall!

MY GOOD FRIDAY MEDITATION TIME!!
Hi all!! It has been a while but I hope what I am about to share will make us all think more about what this day means for us.
I woke up this morning with the thoughts of the Temple curtain of veil being torn is two when Jesus gave up His spirit. So, here I go a-studying!! (Please exscuse the spelling!!HAHA!!)
Here are my notes as I wrote them in my journal. (yes...I still actually take hand written notes!)
Matthew 27:50-51 THE TEMPLE CURTAIN
When Jesus was on the cross, darkness came over the sky.
Critics say it was due to an eclispse of the sun but that is impossible because the Passover occurred at the time of a full moon.
the darkening of the sky started at the sixth hour -- noontime.
At that very moment, the High Priest Caiaphas, began the procession into the temple to slaughter a pure, spottless Passover lamb.
The darkness lasted until the night hour--3pm.
Thats the moment the High Priest would be making his entrance into the Holy of Holies to offer the blood of the Passover Lamb to cover the sins of the nations.
At that moment, Jesus yelled out "It is finished". His assignment was complete!!
Just then, the veil or curtain that seperated the Holy of Holies from the "outside world" was torn from the top to the bottom.
There were two veils or curtains inside the temple. One at the entrance to the Holy Place and the other at the entrance to the Holy of Holies.
Only the High Priest was allowed to pass through the second one once a year.
The second veil was sixty feet high and thirty feet wide and as thick as a man's hand.
It took 300 hundred priest to move the curtain.
When it ripped apart it must have made a huge sound. And here was Caiaphas standing there and what must have he had thought when he was able to see clearly in the Holy of Holies and the Presence of God was not there!
When Jesus was lifted up onto the Cross, the Cross became the eternal mercy seat on which the blood of the final sacrifice was sprinkled.
It was no longer needed for the High Priest to continually make sacrifices year after year.
++JESUS' BLOOD HAD SETTLED IT FOREVER!!
Eph.2:14, "...has brokendown,destroyed, abolished the hostile dividing wall between us."
++JESUS HIMSELF REPLACED THE TEMPLE--(26:61)
++JESUS BECAME THE HIGH PRIEST!!
Think about this; meditate it as you spend time today and maybe this evening at your church for Good Fiday service.
Jesus paid it all.....once and for ALL!!!
